I do not have any photos to upload just yet but will try that soon. It is one thing I do want to learn about since I plan to get into photography - strictly for my own enjoyment. So I will try to do it. I did not quite "get" the mashups. But I am sure if I play with it awhile I will at least understand it somewhat. Best stop "playing" now.

Week 1: Thing 1 and Thing 2

Hey, is this a Dr. Seuss book? (Apologies to all those non-children's librarians.) I actually did create a blog and posted it and everything. One thing I have learned from life is to not be too afraid to try something new. Hey, if you hate it you stop doing it and try something else. And if you like it - all the better.

Wow I got this far!

I am so excited - I got this far (now we will see if it will really post) As you can tell I am a real pessimist when it comes to my abilities with technogy. I watched the Life Long Learning and I agree with Jill - just let me read it. Jill is alot younger than I am because the print on the left was so tiny I just listened, though. Having lived quite a few years, most of this was familar to me. I found that the only obstacle I have to my goal of learning even more technology is fear. Fear that I will crash the computer, the technology spectacularly. But I am getting over that - that is one of the best part of being a Librarian for the past 5 years. I have come out of the Dark Ages and am maybe up to the Middle Ages as far as knowledge of technology is concerned. Now to see if this will post!! (Drum roll, please.
